Terms of Sales

ORDERS

The opening of an account in our books entails the acceptance of our conditions of sale hereafter notwithstanding any reservations or stipulations of contrary purchases.
 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders will only be issued after reciprocal acceptance of quotations and price offers.
These are valid for a period of two months from the date of issue, subject to any change of tariff from our suppliers.
No cancellation of order will be accepted. Special orders are payable on order.


CATALOG ARTICLES

The specifications in our catalogs are subject to change without notice and the photos are not contractual.
The prices and conditions applied are those in effect at the time of the order.
Our prices are ex works, port extra.

 
CONTRACT

Conditions to place an order

QUOTE

PAYMENT
